The ORBLUE Propresser Stainless Steel Kitchen Garlic Press has really come in handy in my kitchen. I cook a lot and I frequently use garlic in my dishes so it’s quite a time saver. It minces the garlic quite easily and it does not require very much pressure. There’s plenty of space inside so you can put even the largest clove inside or if you are feeling adventurous you can put more than one clove in. In the past depending on what the recipe called for I’d either chop the garlic up myself or smash it wish a knife using my fist. As you can imagine my hands smelled like garlic every time. Sometimes for more than a day. It’s not the easiest smell to get off your hands and even worse sometimes it can get under your nails. Some people cook using gloves but I am just not into that. This garlic press allows me to put the garlic in and just scrape it off the edge using a knife and clean out the inside using a fork so I never actually have to touch it with my hands except for when I put it in the press and since it has the outer peel it doesn’t make my hands smell. When I received it I made a lovely seasoned garlic paste with minced garlic, butter, olive oil, pepper, paprika, and cayenne to put on my spicy roast pork and it came out delicious and the press simplified my preparation. It’s really easy to clean too.
