Chef’s Secret® Non-Stick Aluminum Indoor Grill

This is not a bad grill by any means. I found it to be better when only cooking one item at a time. For example I put on one pork chop in the center and it was cooking great. When I put a second one on the started to slide around off the edges a little bit because the non stick portion of the grill as a slightly domed shape and that’s likely for the juices to drop off the sides to be caught in the catcher below. Another snag I hit was apparently my stove or my floor are crooked. It says the keep water in the bottom juice trap and I tried my best but one side ended up getting dry and burned. It the char was easy enough to remove with some Brillo bit it did create a bit of smoke. It is easy to clean if you don’t burn anything and it cooked my pork chops nicely. Don’t expect the nice grill marks on you food like you see on the box because that’s clearly for demonstration only. If it had those grill marks it would make the food look a lot nicer and I probably would have given it five stars. Another downside is once it’s hot you have to wait until it’s sufficiently cooled to move it which can be a pain if you are cooking a lot of food and need that burner asap. Other than that it did cook my food nicely but you can see for yourself in my photos.
