Relaxing Sleep Tea


This is a great chamomile based herbal tea with very calming effects. You should drink it about 30 mins to an hour before bedtime or earlier if you prefer. It will help you dose off naturally without taking any prescriptions or medicines. It’s effects are very mild and you will not experience drowsiness when you wake. You will feel refreshed and well rested. The flavor is nice but I add just a touch of honey for additional flavor.
